What happens when you order from Wild Eyes Signs.
Once you have made your selection of the products that you wish to purchase, you then proceed to the ‘checkout’ where you enter your information and payment method. Once you have finalized your transaction, we receive your order by receiving a notification and an email. Then, we review your purchase and verify that the information is complete. We are looking for names, colors or dates if your decal is in any way personalized. If we are missing any of this information, we will communicate with you immediately. (We certainly do not want to delay your order or make a mistake.) If you have purchased a decal from our shop that does not have any personalized characteristics, we move forward with processing your order at our production facility.
We then load up our high quality vinyl into our professional series cutter. We bring up the design you have purchased and send it to cut. Once finished, we then weed out the material that is not needed for your design and mask it. Masking your product gives you the top layer that is used to apply the decal to your wall after you remove the backing paper. Your design is then packaged with installation instructions and is ready to ship. Wild Eyes Signs designs, cuts, prepares and packages all our work from our production facility in North America.
